The Upper Jail

Pay to have your friends "arrested" by our town guards! Visit the Upper Bar to buy warrants or "Get Out of Jail Free" cards. Arrests will be made on the 4th; jail birds will then be taken to jail in front of the Upper Bar & Grill and have to raise money to post their bail.
