Vehicle Registration
Welcome to the show! Roll in early to secure your spot and get settled. Registration officially opens at 8:00 AM, and we ask that all participants have their entry fees ready for payment upon arrival. Please note that registration will wrap up promptly at 11:00 AM to allow our judges time to make their rounds, so be sure to get your vehicle on the field before the cutoff!

SHOWTIME
The engines are humming and the show is officially underway! Starting at 9:00 AM, we’ll be kicking off our morning festivities with a series of door prizes and our 50/50 raffle. Make sure to grab your tickets early at the main tent—the more you play, the better your chances of taking home some extra cash or a great prize while supporting a great cause.

Jake Slater as Elvis
Get ready to shake, rattle, and roll! From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, we are thrilled to feature Jake Slater, who will be transporting us back in time with his incredible tribute to Elvis Presley. Grab a seat, enjoy the music, and soak up the nostalgia as Jake brings the spirit of the 1950s and 60s to our main stage for a high-energy performance you won't want to miss.

Awards Begin
It’s the moment everyone has been waiting for! At 1:30 PM, we’ll begin our awards presentation to honor the best of the best. We will be announcing our Top 25 trophy winners, followed by the highly anticipated People’s Choice and Best in Show honors. Plus, a special thank you to our early arrivals—commemorative Dash Plaques will be distributed to the first 100 entries of the day.
